1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. **Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record** for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns.
2. Consumer Right to Cancel
Under Paddle's consumer terms, you have the right to cancel your initial subscription within **14 days** without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day of the transaction.
Exception: Your right to cancel does not apply once you have started to use the digital content or have had the benefit of the Pro features (e.g., generating scripts or saving more than 3 scripts).
3. Refund Guarantee
Beyond the mandatory cancellation right, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all our Pro plan subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with SpeakPrompter, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund
To ensure immediate processing, refund requests should be made directly through Paddle at paddle.net or by contacting us at support@speakprompter.com.
5. Processing of Refunds
Refunds are processed by Paddle. Once approved, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
