1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SpeakPrompter, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the **Merchant of Record** for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Invoiced Consumer Terms and Conditions.
3. Contract Formation
A contract for the purchase of a subscription is formed once Paddle has accepted your order and issued a confirmation email. Paddle reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
4. Description of Service
SpeakPrompter provides an AI-powered teleprompter web application that uses voice recognition to scroll scripts.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SpeakPrompter and its licensors.
6. User Content
You retain all rights to any script content you upload or create on our platform. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.
7. Support and Inquiries
For any payment or billing-related issues, please contact Paddle support at paddle.net. For technical issues related to the SpeakPrompter application, contact us at support@speakprompter.com.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
